A) To remove left handlebar:
1. Remove bar end weights.
2. Cut two small cable ties holding wire loom from left control housing (PHOTO 1) one under the handlebar anti rotation bracket and the other attaching the wire loom to the underside of the top triple clamp. Do the same on the right side.
3. Remove the clutch master cylinder from the left bar.
4. Remove the forward plastic control housing cover (2 screws) Loosen the two screws that sandwich the bar between the forward plate and the rear half of the left control housing(PHOTO 2).
5. Remove the two screws attaching the left handgrip sleeve to the left bar tube1 on top and 1 on the bottom (PHOTO 3).
6. Remove the anti rotation bracket holding screw located under the top triple clamp (PHOTO 4).
7. Loosen the two screws clamping the left bar to the triple clamp. Only the inner most crew needs to be removed to withdraw the stock bar.

Disassemble
1. Remove Front Under Panel by removing the seven 8mm hex screws
2. Remove Front bumper. On 11/01 and up models remove the four 8mm hex screws from under the car and one 8mm hex screw in the left and right fender well. Once screws are removed, (six in total) Grab bumper from each side and with a strong quick pull, the bumper should pop off. Disconnect the Fog lights and electrical connector. On 2001 models up to 10/01 there are two large reverse torx bolts that need to be removed from the bottom as well as the 6 8mm screws and then bumper will slide off. It is not necessary to pop it off

Direction on how to install E-Open in to a BMW Z4

1) This is for information ONLY; you take full responsibility for what you do. If you blow up your car, do not come yelling at me.
2) I did this install on a US spec 2005 BMW Z4. I do NOT know if it will work on BMW’s from other countries.
3) This install did NOT work because my Z4 already had an auto top down feature from BMW that is conflicting with the E-Open.

The unit also features the so-called ‘TRE’ modification, which is designed to defeat the gear dependent mapping strategy of the Suzuki ECU. C6 Corvette SCIC airbox Magnuson Supercharged Applications installation instructions

Disconnect electrical connector for under hood light & unclip electrical connector for under hood light from the radiator shroud. Disconnect the electrical connector from outside air temp sensor located low on the right side of the shroud. Remove the 2 “christmas tree” push fasteners holding the radiator shroud to the condenser. They are located approximately midway up along each side. Raise front of vehicle, follow manufacturer instructions. Use jack stands to support vehicle.

1. Follow workshop manual instructions to remove the camshaft cover and the timing belt cover.
2. Turn the engine (in the normal direction of rotation) until the timing mark on the injection pump sprocket lines up with the cast lug on the timing cover.

The main unit is suggested to placed under the panel. After fixing the main unit in a suitable place, start connecting the wires in accordance to the WIRE CONNECTING DIAGRAM before putting back all the parts, simply test the system function first.
Shock Sensor Installation
Install the sensor after fixing the main unit .It is recommended to place the shock sensor near the car doors, or beside the panel so as to easily detect any intrusion actions. To adjust the sensitivity of the shock sensor, simply use a screw to turn the button in the shock sensor, turning right to adjust with a higher sensitivity or vice verse. Then test the sensitivity by triggering the shock sensor. If it triggered, the L.E.D will light up. Please do not directly hit the shock sensor.
Central Lock Installation Guide
This system can control several common central lock types without any additional parts.
TYPE A: For cars equipped with no central lock, recommended to install it first. (see FIG 1)
TYPE B: For cars equipped with central lock but no motor on driver aside, add master motor and rod. (see FIG 2). This type of installation is applicable to operate factory lock system in some FORD, Mitsubishi, Mazda, and Nissan models. *Installation tips: First install the actuator near the door’s manual latch, then fix the rod of the actuator on the manual latch
TYPE C: For cars equipped with central lock and with motor on the driver’s side.(see FIG 3)
TYPE D: The door locks are controlled by electrical activated vacuum pump.(See FIG 4). The timing of actuator mechanism can be set as 0.7 seconds or 3 seconds at the JP2. For some Mercedes-benz and Audi models.
TYPED E: For some cars not mentioned above, please consult your dealers. NOTE: Type B installation method (FIG 2) is suitable for most of the cars.

The center position of the fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) is crucial for the trouble-free function of the airbag system and signaling system. In the removed condition, the position is ensured by the mounting screws (32h).

LGR250 Control Module Technical Instructions

The LGR250 is a general purpose control module that you can use for a variety of applications. For example, the LGR250 can act as a controller, a BACnet router, and a protocol translator.
To mount the LGR250
Screw the LGR250 into an enclosed panel using the mounting holes provided on the cover plate. Leave about 2 in. (5 cm) on each side of the control module for wiring.
