STEP 1: REMOVE PLYWOOD & INVENTORY CONTENTS
Remove the top cover from the canister box and set it aside for later installation.
Remove the canister from the box. Using the 3/8” wrench or socket remove the 2 bolts holding the plywood on the ends of the canister. Use Side Cut Pliers to cut handle retaining straps. DISCARD PLYWOOD PACKAGING AND BOLTS!
Perform a quick inventory to insure all parts are there. Be sure to check inside the small cardboard box for parts.

04-07 Chevy/GMC Colorado/Canyon Crew Cab Bracket Bar Installation

Installation Instruction:
1. Verify all the parts from the list above are present and accounted for. Please read instructions completely before starting.
2. Verify passenger and driver side bracket.
3. Locate the round holes on rocker panel for bracket installation. Insert M8 hex nut on the longer end of U-bolt. Insert U-bolt through the first hole and out through the second hole. Install M8 hex nut on shorter end of U-bolt after it comes through second (more…)

Extended Capacity Replacement Tank for Diesel Chevrolet / GMC Trucks

For Chevrolet / GMC models 2500 & 3500, model years 2001-2008, with Duramax diesel engines: Extended Cab Short and Long Bed: also Crew Cab Short and Long Bed.
Note: Each tank has the above identification designation on its top. Please check to be sure the tank is properly identified as the one to fit your truck.

2007 - Ford Powerstroke 6.4L Upgrade Front Intercooler

Removal
1. On the upper boost tube, loosen the hose clamp on the intercooler side using a 11mm socket and pull the silicone tube away from the intercooler.
2. Loosen both hose clamps for the bottom boost tube using a 11mm socket and remove the factory silicone hose from the boost tube and intercooler.
3. Using a 10mm socket, remove the two bolts that secure the factory oil cooler to the intercooler and the vehicle’s frame. One of the bolts is located on the top of the cooler, securing it to the factory intercooler, and the second is on the bottom of the oil cooler, securing it to the frame of the vehicle.
