2003-2006 Hummer H2 6.0L V8 Part #3060 Installation Instructions

1. Start by unplugging the MAF sensor by using a screw driver to remove the clip as shown.
2. Push fitting in and pull up to remove the wire harness from the MAF sensor.
3. Remove the bolts that hold the stock air box in place as shown and set aside for reuse with the MAC system.
4. Unbolt the engine cover by using a 10mm socket as shown and set the hardware aside for reuse.
5. Remove the cover to gain access to the hose clamp at the throttle body as shown.
6. Loosen the hose clamp on the stock air tube that attaches at the throttle body as shown.

Installation Instructions. Read Me!
I. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE
II. Remove Factory Intake Assembly
a) Loosen the factory hose clamps on each end of the factory intake tube assembly.
b) Using a flat head screwdriver, gently pry the radiator hose bracket from the factory intake tube assembly and remove from vehicle.

42-48 Ford Car Installation Instructions

Remove all parts from you dash, except Speedo trim ring. Install ( 10 ) 8/32 x 5/8 studs in dash adapter as shown in Photo #1.
Install ( 2 ) Gauges in dash adapter as shown in Photo #2.
Install dash adapter as shown in Photo #3
From rear of dash.
Using ( 2 ) 10/32 x 3/8 Pan Head Screws & Washers.
Install the 2 outside gauges as shown in photo #4 & #5.
Do Not Over Tighten Gauges to Panel. Overtightening may break the glass. Leave Clear Protective Covering On Your Panel Until It Is Com- pletely Installed, To Protect The Highly Polished Surface.

Ford 5R110 Transmission Pan Installation Instructions

The TCI Automotive® deep aluminum pan is designed to fit the factory Ford 5R110 transmission as supplied as original equipment. However, in some applications, or because of the use of certain factory options and/or aftermarket equipment, there may be clearance problems between your TCI Automotive® pan and other vehicle components. It is the responsibility of the owner/installer to ensure that there is no contact between the pan and other moving, obstructing or fixed vehicle components. 1999+newer Ford F-53 chassis Rear Install Instructions

1. Place the coach on a level concrete surface. Jack the coach up so that the rear tires are just off the ground. Make sure to put jack stands on each side of the frame for safety.
2. Remove the rear shackle hanger bolt that fastens the leaf spring hanger to the shackle. Keep this bolt and nut as it will be reused. If the coach has storage compartments that are close to shackle assembly, it may be required to use a hole saw and cut a hole in the compartment to get the bolt out. If this is required, just cut a piece of tin and pop rivets to cover the hole. Use some silicone to seal the hole to prevent leaks.

Magnum’s HID H3 Fog Light Install

I decided to install HID’s in place of standard halogen bulbs for a little more light and I guess exterior looks. I won’t be able to see them much so I hope you other driver’s like them. Here’s the kit, a standard 35 watt HID nothing fancy conversion kit. The only extra I bought where some load resistor to clear up any “check fog light” errors I may receive.

SUZUKI / GSX-R600/750 / 2006-2007 Carbon Fiber / Aluminum 6061 Installation Instructions

1 After bike is cool make sure the bike is secured before beginning the installation.
2 Remove the right side lower fairing bolts and pull the fairing out from the push pin/rubber connector.
3 Fully loosen the muffler clamp from the header collector.
4 Remove the 3 muffler mounting bolts (2 on the right side, 1 on the left side).
5 Carefully remove the stock muffler and place in a safe location.

2005-2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee/Commander 4″ Suspension System

The front control arm mounting pockets must be trimmed slightly to install the front crossmember (0 902). Make a cut mark along the front lower bottom edge of the pocket to be flush to the control arm mounting surface. Also, make a mark in line with the inside lower edge to remove the rounded corner from the lower plate (Fig 22). Cut the marked area of the control arm pocket and paint any bare metal to prevent corrosion.
