Honda 300EX Frame Skid Plate H937022 Installation Instructions

Preparation:
a) Set/Lock rear parking brake, turn gas petcock to the Off position and stand bike upright so it is sitting on the rear grab bar. Ensure bike is stable to prevent falling over during installation.

Installation:
a) One Top Slotted Hole Mount:
Press Skid Plate against the bike to temporarily hold in place.
From the bottom side install (1) #4 Washer and (1) #3 Bolt.
From the top side install (1) #2 Hook
Loosely tighten to hold skid plate in position.

Stator Kit for Triumph 3TA, 5TA, BSA A6 Instructions

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 Remove the original stator & rotor.
Step 2 Fit the new rotor on to the crank shaft locating on to the key (not all models are supplied with a keyway machined into the rotor). Fit the retaining nut but don’t fully tighten if there is no keyway.
Step 3 Position the new stator over the rotor locating on the engine studs using the spacers provided and the original nuts, don’t fully tighten so that the stator can be adjusted if necessary.
Step 4 This will give a maximum total advance of about 350, this is only a guide. Engine tune will affect the actual timing for optimum performance.

2006-2008 Honda Civic 1.8L Large Case Conversion Alternator

Installation Instructions:
Disconnect the negative battery cable and then disconnect the positive battery cable.
Disconnect the wiring, remove the belt, and then remove the stock alternator from it’s mounting brackets.
Mount the new alternator to the existing mounting bracket on the engine with the double feet from the alternator on either side of the mounting bracket. It is important to note that the origional alternator bracket has a “slip bushing” in it. If the Mechman alternator bracket will not slide over the bushing then it will need to be tapped back with a hammer( a very small amount of added room is needed). If extra space exist use the supplied spacers as necessary to reduce the extra space between the mounting bracket and the alternator bracket. Install the original long bolt and hand tighten. See the diagram below.

Congratulations on your purchase of the HONDA 750 AERO Thunder Air Filter Kit. We’re sure you’ll be pleased with the new level of performance you’ll experience. This kit should only be installed on bikes that have been jetted (jet kit not included). We recommend that an experienced mechanic perform this conversion. Use the appropriate Honda service manual for reference to complete jetting of carbs. Remember, gasoline is extremely flammable and can be explosive under certain conditions. Work in a well-ventilated area and clean up any spills immediately. Check for leaks before riding.

1928-59 GM Disc Brake Conversion Kits CP702, CP706, CP711 Installation Instructions

Instructions:
1. Remove early Chevy drums, brakes and backing plates from spindles. Make sure you retain the bearing nut and keyed washer.
2. Thoroughly clean grease and dirt from spindle. Check for cracks or damage.
3. Using one of the original bolts in the forward hole re-install the steering arm in its stock location on the spindle. Using the hardware supplied in the kit install the caliper mounting bracket on the rear of the spindles as shown in the figure. Insert the 1/4’’ thick round spacers between the braket and the spindle. Check for adequate clearance between the bracket and spindle. Trim bracket if necessary.

Accord & Acura Series Honda Universal Adapter User Manual

Specially designed adapters are used in conjunction with Universal Anchoring System (UAS) stands and Universal Measuring System (UMS) pinchweld stands when securing vehicles with horizontal pinchwelds and vertical jack tabs in the corners of their center sections. (All Honda / Accord / Acura vehicles excluding Odessey.) These adapters allow the positioning of vertical jack tabs into a slot on the adapter’s top surface, and the attachment of 4 inch clamps to horizontal pinch- welds.

BMW Clamping Adapters 3, 7 & 8 User Manuals

BMW 3 Series (with side jack lifting holes) Clamping Setup
1. Remove conventional clamp jaws.
2. Attach BMW clamping adapter (518315), 1/4 inch spacer (532196) and outer pin support (518313) to pinchweld clamps as shown.
3, Remove plugs in bottom of rocker panels and jacking holes.
4. Lower vehicle onto supports while guiding outer support pins (618302) into jacking holes.
5. Tighten thumbscrew to hold pin in place.
NOTE: Use support bolt holes on clamping adapter
