Volvo 760 and 740 Radio Install

This vehicle most likely has an external amplifier powering the speakers, not the amplifier inside the radio. This creates problems when installing a new replacement radio. The Volvo amplifier cannot be used and must be bypassed. This document shows you the extensive steps to remove the auto makers radio, find and bypass the auto makers amplifier in the vehicle, and then connect and mount the new replacement radio. If you have 4 speakers in your vehicle (2 in the front doors, and 2 in the rear doors) you most likely have an amplifier in your vehicle.

• Two medium sized hose clamps
• One small hose clamp
• One instruction sheet (you are reading it)

Tools required for your installation:
• A medium sized flat-blade screwdriver
• Tin snips
• Regular or needle nose pliers
• A bit of motor oil or vegetable oil

C6 Corvette Figure Grille Installation
1) INSTALL BUMPER GRILLE
1.1) Prepare grille. Feed the screwdriver through the hole indicated in Figure-1. Place a #6 washer on a #8 screw and then tape this combination to the Phillips head screwdriver. Scotch tape is the best type of tape to use, and make sure to secure the majority of the tape to the screwdriver shaft (See Figure-1). This will allow for you to easily remove the tape after the screw is installed in the bumper.

8900 Motorcycle Shocks Technical Manual

Your new Penske Racing Shock comes pre-adjusted at baseline settings. However, you must check your rear sag before you race! This is very important for optimum performance.

Setting the Sag*
STEP 1
1) Without a rider on the bike, have an assistant lift the rear of the motorcycle until the rear wheel is off the ground slightly.
2) Using a tape measure, measure the distance between the axle center line and a convenient location on the rear subframe (Figure 1).
3) Record this measurement as “A”.

Chevrolet Tracker Suzuki Sidekick/Vitara Years 99-2004 Hardtop Installation Instruction

Refer to your Owner’s Manual for instructions on lowering and removing the canvas top. ALL hardware for your soft top should be removed. This includes the trim around the body. Some of the screws from the Canvas Top Hardware will be used in the Hardtop installation, so keep them available.

This guide INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS step:
1. Remove positive and negative battery cables. If equipped, the Supplemental Restraint System will be deactivated when the battery is disconnected.
FRONT BUMPER REMOvAl
2. Note location of front bumper in relation to the front of the vehicle for use in alignment during reinstallation.
3. Remove lower shroud located between the radiator and the front bumper. This provides access to the inside bumper bolts.
