Hummer H3 Delta 6X Light Bar Installation Instructions

Step 1
Remove the driver’s side hood cover by prying upward with both hands.
Step 2
Remove the driver’s side windshield molding. Do not peel off the rubber seal or separate from roof molding.
Step 3
Remove 4 screws from driver’s side roof railing. Remove roof and windshield molding and set it down on the table.
Step 4
Measure 1” from the beginning of the roof railing and mark on the masking tape the spot to drill ―” hole for your harness.

2006-2009 Hummer H3 & 2005-2009 Colorado/Canyon 4WD Torsion Key Kit Installation Instructions

Step 1: Applies to H3 ONLY, for Colorado/Canyon please skip to step 2.
Position truck on a flat surface and lift vehicle by the frame so that the front wheels are off the ground using a floor jack and jack stands or a (2) two post lift if available.
First, remove driver’s side front wheel, then unbolt upper shock mounting nut. (A)
Next remove lower shock mounting nut and bolt. (B)
Remove shock. Install shock stem spacer provided and reinstall bushings and shock.
Verify that all fasteners have been tightened to the proper torque specs and re-install wheel.
*Be sure to torque the lug nuts to the proper OEM settings.

Bulk Instructions Simple

To get the most life and performance from RaceTEX bulk muffler packing, a mu ffler should be repacked with the core in it. Ideally, you would like to fill the front of the muffler first (the end closest to the engine) and work towards the exit. This isn’t always possible as with mufflers that have cores welded to the rear end-cap (Honda CRF150R, White Brothers E-Series for example).

Windscreen Installation

The satisfactory performance and durability of the windscreen is wholly dependant on the integrity of the mechanism and the quality of the installation. We can not be responsible for problems resulting from faulty installation. Follow the instructions carefully and work slowly and cautiously. Do not exert excessive force on any part of the mechanism or the screen — they are plastic and may break Your windscreen shipped with a protective paper/film covering on both sides. To protect it from scratches, leave the covering on until you are ready to mount the screen on the mechanism.

JackRabbit Honda Ridgeline Instructions

STEP 1: REMOVE PLYWOOD & INVENTORY CONTENTS
Remove the top cover from the canister box and set it aside for later installation.
Remove the canister from the box. Using the 3/8” wrench or socket remove the 2 bolts holding the plywood on the ends of the canister. Use Side Cut Pliers to cut handle retaining straps. DISCARD PLYWOOD PACKAGING AND BOLTS!
Perform a quick inventory to insure all parts are there. Be sure to check inside the small cardboard box for parts.

2006-Current Honda Ridgeline Installation Guide

Step 1: Install Bulkhead Adapter
A. Remove the forward upper Tie Down Brackets.
B. Remove the two (2) upper Bedrail bolts per side.
C. Remove the three (3) upper Bulkhead bolts.

Step 2: Installing Mounting Flanges on Bedrails and Bulkhead
Note: Notice that two sizes of metric bolts have been provided. The four (4) large 8mm x 40mm bolts are to be used in the forward positions of the Track Mounting Flanges where the tiedown brackets were removed. The seven (7) smaller 6mm x 40mm bolts are to be used in all the other locations.

SuperSprings Model # SSA10 Installation Instructions

Front / Rear & Poly Spring Pads (PSP’s)
The SSA10 springs do NOT have a specific left or right side; however, they do have a specific front / rear side. Position the two-hole shackle to the front and the three-hole shackle to the rear. PLEASE NOTE: Two sets of PSP’s are included with these springs. The larger set is for Ford applications; the smaller set is for GMC and Dodge applications. 99-up Chevy/GMC Truck Tailgate Cap Instructions

1. Remove the factory plastic tailgate cap.
A. Remove any tape residue from the truck by wrapping a cloth shop towel or terry cloth rag tightly around knuckles and push firmly against remaining tape.
B. Remove any remaining glue or dirt with Naptha, Paint Thinner or Adhesive Remover. Then clean surface with Isopropyl alcohol and wipe clean.
C. If you have purchased the gray smooth paintable Tailgate Cap go to step 2; if you have purchased the black textured Tailgate Cap go to step 3.

Bed Extender Bracket Installation Instructions

BRACKET MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Remove contents from box and check for damage. Verify all parts against parts list. Read and understand instructions completely before installation.
Step 2. Position and hold template on passenger side for quick latch bracket as shown (See Figure 1). (FOR TOYOTA, NISSAN, CHEVY S-10, GMC up to 94, and MAZDA up to 94 a separate bracket kit must be ordered). Using a center punch, punch each hole. NOTE: If the truck has a bed liner, center punch the bed liner. DO NOT CUT THE BED LINER! Repeat for driver side.
