SeBCON II Installation and Adjustment Guide

With the Frequency-Poti it’s possible to adjust the Solenoids frequency. Most Solenoids like a frequency from round about 15-30Hz. If you are not sure, leave this poti untouched. With a wrong adjusted rate you will get less boost or a trimmed working-range because the Solenoid can not handle a wrong rate.

Acura TSX Figure Grille Installation
1) PREPARATION
1.1) Remove the OEM fog light grilles, if this item was purchased. The stock fog light opening covers are held in place with spring clips attached to the cover. Work a finger between the cover and the bumper, and pull outward to release the cover.
1.2) The lower center grille is not removable; it is bonded to the bumper, and it will be left in place.

1990-1993 Acura Integra TWM Performance Short Throw Shifter Installation Manual

1. Unscrew the stock shift knob by rotating it counter clockwise.
2. Remove all screws securing center console and remove console.
3. Remove the rubber dust boot surrounding the shifter, use caution not to damage it. Put it in a safe place for re-installation later.
4. Place the car up on a lift, or use a jack and jack stands to raise it off the ground. Loosen the nut on the base of the shifter using a 12mm socket and ratchet. You may need to hold the head of the bolt on the opposite side of the shift rod with a wrench to loosen the nut.

2005-­2007 BMW K1200S Installation Instructions

A) To remove left handlebar:
1. Remove bar end weights.
2. Cut two small cable ties holding wire loom from left control housing (PHOTO 1)­ one under the handlebar anti­ rotation bracket and the other attaching the wire loom to the underside of the top triple clamp. Do the same on the right side.
3. Remove the clutch master cylinder from the left bar.
4. Remove the forward plastic control housing cover (2 screws) Loosen the two screws that sandwich the bar between the forward plate and the rear half of the left control housing(PHOTO 2).
5. Remove the two screws attaching the left handgrip sleeve to the left bar tube­1 on top and 1 on the bottom (PHOTO 3).
6. Remove the anti rotation bracket holding screw located under the top triple clamp (PHOTO 4).
7. Loosen the two screws clamping the left bar to the triple clamp. Only the inner most crew needs to be removed to withdraw the stock bar.

2005-2007 Chevrolet Corvette Lingenfelter High Flow Air Intake System Installation Instructions

The following steps need to be performed from underneath the vehicle:
• Remove the three 7 mm screws holding the front fascia inside the radiator opening.
• Next, remove the 7 mm screws on either side (one on each side). These are the screws holding the bottom of the bumper cover - see picture.

The Air-cooled VW heating system
In its stock form the heating system on most air cooled VW’s utilizes the engine cooling fan, two heat exchangers and a series of vents in the passenger compartment. The cooling fan, mounted on the end of the generator/ alternator shaft, provides cooling air for the engine and air into the passenger compartment for heat. The heat is provided by two heat exchangers, sometimes called heater boxes. Each heater box is a finned exhaust header that transfers heat from exhaust gasses to air on its way into the passenger compartment. In the (Type 1 beetle) passenger compartment there are two vents located under both sides of rear seat, two more near the driver and passenger’s feet, and a total of five defrost vents spread across the front windshield. As designed this system is uncomfortable in cold weather.

Ford Rear Block Kit Installation Instructions

Complete the following instructions one side at a time. Do not attempt to drop the entire axle at one time.
1. Raise rear of vehicle and support with jack stands under frame. Remove wheels.
2. With axle firmly supported by jack stands remove the OEM shock. Place a hydraulic jack under the rear differential.
3. Loosen the OEM u-bolts that retain the spring to the axle. Caution: To avoid axle shift, only remove/replace the u-bolts from one side at a time.

Heli Bars are designed to safely increase your riding comfort, however it is imperative that these instructions be followed to ensure correct installation. Failure to follow these instructions could result in improper installation and create a dangerous control situation. If you have any questions about installation call Heli Modified, Inc. at 1­800­859­4642. 1. Remove the damper weights from the ends of the bars. 2. On the right bar, loosen the throttle housing screws enough to spread the housing and disengage the locating pin. It is not necessary to take the throttle housing apart. 3. Remove the front brake master cylinder from the stock bar.
