2006 Hummer H3, 3.5L, 4wd, 4dr Cat-Back Split Rear Exhaust Instructions

When installing this exhaust system make sure to use proper safety precautions. Use jack stands when working under the vehicle, set parking brake, block tires and use safety glasses and gloves. Allow exhaust to cool before attempting installation. Severe injury or burns could occur if safety measures are not taken.
SUGGESTED TOOLS: 1/2″, 9/16″, 12,14,15mm wrenches & sockets, WD-40, hacksaw, jack stands

2002-04 Honda Civic Si Race Header Installation Instructions

Tools Needed: 10, 12, 14 sockets and wrenches. You will also need a Oxygen Sensor removal tool or 22mm wrench or socket to remove the stock Oxygen sensors from the catalytic converter and install them in the new Jackson Racing header. Most of these tools are available at your local hardware or auto parts store.

IF YOU ARE NOT A COMPETENT MECHANIC, DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS INSTALLATION! ALLOW AT LEAST ONE HOUR FOR THE EXHAUST SYSTEM TO COOLBEFORE DOING ANY EXHAUST SYSTEM INSTALLATION WORK.
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY! Follow the instruction STEP-BY-STEP, and your installation will be trouble free. If in doubt, CALL!

2001-2007 Honda CBR600 F4i Slip-On System Installation Instructions

Installation Instructions
1. After bike is cool make sure the bike is secured before beginning the installation.
2. Remove the right side fairing (refer to the owners manual for more information on removal).
3. Remove the stock exhaust from the bike. Unbolt the exhaust mount on the rear peg and loosen the collector clamp and remove the stock system.
4. Attach the LOR exhaust canister to the slip-on tube adapter with the spring tabs aligned (make sure your hands are protected with a pair of gloves in case the tubes slip). You may have to squeeze the mid-pipe adapter tube to fit into the exhaust inlet as the mandrel bends may become slightly out of round due to a cut near the bend (the tube will take form once connected). Slide the canister all the way until the slip-on adapter seats fully against the exhaust inlet. Wipe off any excess silicone.

Honda Aero 750 Cruzer Exhaust System

STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL
1. Remove frame cover.
2. Remove right side footpeg assembly held in place by two bolts (Figure 1).
3. Remove exhaust port nuts.
4. Remove bolts securing rear muffler to exhaust system mounting bracket.
5. Remove complete exhaust system. Begin by lifting muffler out of mounting bracket locating hole (assistance may be required).
6. Check condition of stock exhaust gaskets. Replace if damaged or worn.
7. Remove two bolts attaching stock exhaust mounting bracket to frame.

Honda CBR-1100xx Blackbird Ti Force Exhaust System Installation Instructions

Before Installation:
• Verify that all parts and accessories have been included (see list below).
• Coat all exhaust pipe mating joints with anti-seize compound / lubricant (Finish Line Ti-Prep packet included).
• Read and review these instructions, cautions, diagrams and images prior to starting any work.
1. Remove the lower fairing. Remove the lower radiator mounting bolts, loosen the upper bolts and pivot the radiator forward to provide access to the exhaust nuts (flange nuts). Remove the oil cooler mounting bolts and pivot the oil cooler forward to provide access.

Honda CBR-600 F4/F4i Ti Force Exhaust System Installation Instructions

Before Installation:

• Coat all exhaust pipe mating joints with anti-seize compound / lubricant (Finish Line Ti-Prep packet included).
• Read and review these instructions, cautions, diagrams and images prior to starting any work.
1. Remove the lower fairing.
2. Remove the existing exhaust system from the middle of the stock pipe. Save the stock exhaust can mounting bolt and nut for the end can to the passenger footpeg for reuse as well.

This kit should only be installed on bikes that have been jetted (jet kit not included). We recommend that an experienced mechanic perform this conversion. Use the appropriate Honda service manual for reference to complete jetting of carbs. Remember, gasoline is extremely flammable and can be explosive under certain conditions. 2002 Honda VTX 1800 R & S 3″ BIG Straights Installation Instructions
