2004 TSX Door Visor Installation Instructions

INSTALLATION NOTE:
• These instructions are for the left door visors, the same procedure applies to the right door visors.
• Be careful not to damage the glass run channels and body finish.
• The door visors are not designed to absorb shock or impact. To prevent damage, handle with care.
• This door visor kit should only be installed if the ambient air temperature is 60°F (15°C) or above.
• To allow the adhesive to “cure,” do not wash the vehicle for 24 hours.
• Follow the instructions shown on the caution label attached to the container before applying the primer.

2003 Honda Element Engine Block Heater Installation Instructions

1. Allow the engine and all cooling system components to cool down.
2. Place a clean drain pan under the radiator drain plug, then remove the drain plug from the bottom of the radiator to drain the coolant. Remove the radiator cap to increase the flow.
NOTICE Radiator coolant will damage paint. Quickly rinse any spilled coolant from painted surfaces.
3. Open the hood and remove the radiator cover (five clips).
4. Remove the radiator mount bracket (two bolts).

Low Profile Light Bar Mounting Instructions

Preparing:
1. Two people will be needed to complete this task.
2. Place ONLY THE MOUNTING END CASTING into the rain-gutters of your vehicle.
3. Level each Mounting End Casting so that the top flat area is parallel to the horizon.
4. Take a tape measure and measure the distance between each open end of each Mounting End Casting .
5. Add 2 inches to that dimension.
6. Subtract that total from the total length of the bar, which is 56″.
7. Take the difference and divide it by two.
8. The amount divided by two is the amount you will cut off each end of your bar.

Light Bar Mounting Instructions

LIGHT BAR CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Two people will be needed to complete this task.
2. Place ONLY THE MOUNTING END CASTING into the rain-gutters of your vehicle.
3. Level each Mounting End Casting so that the top flat area is parallel to the horizon.
4. Take a tape measure and measure the distance between each open end of each Mounting End Casting .

8900 Motorcycle Shocks Technical Manual

Your new Penske Racing Shock comes pre-adjusted at baseline settings. However, you must check your rear sag before you race! This is very important for optimum performance.

Setting the Sag*
STEP 1
1) Without a rider on the bike, have an assistant lift the rear of the motorcycle until the rear wheel is off the ground slightly.
2) Using a tape measure, measure the distance between the axle center line and a convenient location on the rear subframe (Figure 1).
3) Record this measurement as “A”.

1997-2004 Corvette Lingenfelter Mini Tub installation instructions

Remove rear tires, carpet in the rear section and the speakers. Use a plastic drop cloth to seal off behind the seats, so that the cockpit area remains free of fiberglass dust. Locate the “hat” shaped brackets circled in Fig 5. Draw a line straight back from each bracket so they can later be located in the same front-to-back location.

2008+ Mitsubishi Lancer QuickLIFT Installation Guide

Remove all items from the packing tube. You should have the following before beginning:
* (2) Gas springs (RT-QL-170-A6A) - Be sure to cycle them a few times before installing.
* (4) #2-3/16″ Multi-grip rivets (used on hood brackets)
* (2) ball-studs and washers each with a locking nut.
* (2) mounting brackets
* Printed Color Instructions
* Gas Spring locking clips - (Already installed in the gas spring ball-ends - Remove before assembly)
