Stake Pocket Pop-Up Installation Instructions

1. Read and understand these instructions before proceeding. If you drop a screw down in some stake pocket holes it is difficult to retrieve. Some installers prefer to apply masking tape around the stake pocket holes to prevent scratches. Remove the tape before tightening the assembly screws.
2. Select the correct stake pocket insert. The flat model is used for the 88-98 Chevy & GMC models. All other trucks use the insert with the bent flanges. The bent flange style should be oriented with the bent wings pointing up like this: [__________]

The instructions on this page are provided for informational purposes only a r ‘ ie used for actual installation and operation. Current instructions are provided by the Manufacturer witn eacn unit. The Manufacturer’s Installation and Operation instructions should be followed carefully.
STEP 1 - Read instructions completely before starting installation paying close attention to all safety notes.
STEP 2 - The universal mounting plate is a flat bar that measures 1/2″ x 3″ x 48″. Place the mounting plate into the pick up bed -1/2″ to 1″ behind the front of the bed and centered left to right.

99-2003 Ford 7.3L fuel pressure gauge install

The fuel pressure gauge used on the 7.3L Ford is a 0- 100 psi mechanical gauge and needs to be installed using a fuel isolator to ensure diesel fuel cannot enter the trucks interior due to a gauge or tubing failure. Install the gauge into the gauge mount with the tubing connected to the back of the gauge and fittings tightened. Pull the tubing through the firewall and near the back of the drivers side head light to the mounting location of the isolator.

Volvo’s truck cabs must not only be able .to withstand over seven tons placed on its top, but afterwards, the cab doors must still open. The bumper of the F-I2 has been designed so that it is low enough to prevent a car from becoming wedged underneath in the event of a collision. Driver comfort is also an important consideration of Volvo’s designers.
